Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement is a binding contract between you (“Creator”, “MeTuber”, “you”) and Twenties Entertainment Private Limited, operator of the MeTubez platform (“MeTubez”, “we”, “us”). By uploading content or requesting payouts, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Read alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Earnings Policy, and View Counting Policy.

1. Eligibility

To become a monetized MeTuber, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental consent if 13-18)
  • Have a valid Indian mobile number and email
  • Have a valid PAN card and UPI ID or Indian bank account for payouts
  • Be legally competent to enter contracts under Indian law
  • Not be based in any jurisdiction where MeTubez is prohibited from operating

Users under 13 are not permitted to create MeTuber accounts.

2. Content Ownership And License

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant MeTubez a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Host, store, and display your content on MeTubez
  • Distribute your content through MeTubez apps and partner surfaces
  • Promote your content in MeTubez marketing
  • Reformat or resize content for platform delivery
  • Serve advertising alongside your content and share revenue as per our Creator Earnings Policy

License terminates when you delete content or your account, with reasonable technical delay for cache/backup removal.

3. Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own all necessary rights to upload and distribute the content
  • Your content does not infringe any third party's IP rights
  • Your content does not violate applicable law
  • Any individuals appearing in your content have consented
  • You have rights to any music, background, or footage used
  • You are not impersonating any person, brand, or entity

Violations may result in content removal, earnings forfeit, or account termination.

4. Content Standards

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited content includes:

  • Sexually explicit or nude content
  • Violence, harm, or dangerous activities
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Misinformation (political, health)
  • Content violating Indian law
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Content depicting minors unsafely
  • Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, controlled substances
  • Spam, clickbait, misleading titles or thumbnails

MeTubez reserves the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate repeat violators.

5. Music Library — Hoopr.ai

MeTubez provides free access to a licensed music library powered by Hoopr.ai. Terms of use:

  • Music is licensed for use within MeTubez videos only
  • You may not download or extract music files outside the app
  • You may not claim ownership of any music from the library
  • Music usage does not affect your view or earning calculations
  • Music library is available to all creators at no cost

Attempted misuse of the music library results in content removal and potential account suspension.

6. Monetization

Monetization terms are governed by our Creator Earnings Policy. Key points:

  • Single-rate model — every MeTuber earns the same per-view rate
  • MeShorts: ₹6 per 1,000 valid views (₹6,000 per million)
  • Videos: ₹100 per 1,000 valid views (₹1,00,000 per million)
  • No subscriber threshold. No watch-hour gate. No tier system.
  • Earn from your first video
  • Minimum payout: ₹100
  • Payouts: UPI, 3-5 working days
  • You are responsible for taxes on earnings

View Credit Bank: Views accumulated from your signup date count toward earnings. Balance grows live on your dashboard. Withdrawal opens soon — you will be notified when monetization goes live.

MeTubez may withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud. Confirmed fraud results in forfeit. No fraud found = prompt release.

7. Anti-Fraud Provisions

You agree not to:

  • Purchase views, followers, or engagement
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation
  • Create multiple accounts to inflate views
  • Participate in view exchange schemes
  • Engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour

Violations result in immediate earnings forfeit, and permanent account termination. Repeat or severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Platform Rights

MeTubez reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Adjust monetization rates with 30 days advance notice
  • Remove content that violates guidelines or law
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  • Refuse onboarding at our discretion
  • Update valid-view methodology to combat evolving fraud

Material changes to this Agreement notified 30 days in advance.

9. Termination

By you: Delete your account at any time. Content is removed. Pending View Credit Bank balance above ₹100 is paid out when withdrawal is live. Balance below ₹100 is forfeit.

By MeTubez: We may terminate for policy violations, fraud, 12 months of inactivity, applicable law requirements, or program discontinuation (90 days notice).

Upon termination for policy violations, pending earnings may be forfeit at our discretion.

10. Limitation Of Liability

MeTubez provides the platform “as is”. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific earning outcomes
  • Continuous platform availability
  • Discovery by brands or editorial featuring

MeTubez's total liability is limited to your unpaid View Credit Bank balance, if any. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts. Before legal proceedings, attempt good-faith resolution through our Grievance Officer at grievance@metubez.com.

12. Changes To This Agreement

Material changes notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes = acceptance. Disagreement = terminate account before changes take effect.
